BigEasy drilling rigs BE550/BE770
BigEasy rigs are conceptual AC VFD drilling rigs jointly developed by SJ Petroleum with LOADMASTER (USA), featuring special module, trailers-mounted structure and fast transportation without the use of crane.
Benefits:
- Drawworks, substructure, supporting seat, mast, power skid and other pars are trailers-mounted, thus are easily assembled and installed at site.
- The mast raised by hydraulic cylinder can be divided into three sections where foundation is connected by pin and upper as well as middle sections are extended and retracted mechanically
- Paralellogram substructure can be folded into pieces thus minimizing floor space
- The drilling rig can installed at well site only by the use of six trailers without the use of crane, which makes the installation very convenient
- Low-position installed VFD drawworks system
- Integral instrumentation and control, centralized at drillers console
